Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a facilities and IT infrastructure professional in Singapore to monitor critical systems, coordinate vendor activities, and ensure secure, compliant operations from Serangoon. Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years in facilities management or data centre operations.
• Experience with government/public-sector environments preferred.
• Knowledge of critical infrastructure systems, physical security and compliance.
• Strong troubleshooting, vendor coordination and communication skills.
• ITIL or Data Centre Operations certifications advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain UPS, PDUs, cooling and fire suppression systems.
• Perform environmental checks for temperature, humidity and water leakage.
• Coordinate maintenance, equipment installation and issue resolution with vendors.
• Maintain facility readiness, cable management and cleanliness.
• Manage access control, CCTV, visitor access and security records.
• Support basic IT operations, monitoring, incidents and disaster recovery activities.
• Assist with user access and change management activities.
• Maintain infrastructure layouts, asset records, maintenance logs and documentation.
• Prepare regular operational and incident reports.

Location: Serangoon

Work Mode: Mon - Fri (8.30am - 5.30pm / 10.30am - 8pm)

Salary Range: UP to $4500 + AL + AWS + Attractive leave benefits

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain critical facilities infrastructure including UPS, PDUs, cooling and fire suppression systems.
• Perform environmental checks covering temperature, humidity and water leakage.
• Coordinate vendors for maintenance, equipment installation and infrastructure issue resolution.
• Maintain facility readiness, cable management and operational cleanliness.
• Manage physical access control, CCTV, visitor access and security records.
• Support basic IT operations, system monitoring, incident/service requests, backup and disaster recovery activities.
• Assist with user access, security monitoring and change management activities.
• Maintain infrastructure layouts, asset records, maintenance logs and operational documentation.
• Prepare regular operational and incident reports.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in IT Engineering or related discipline.
• Min. 4 years of relevant experience in facilities management, critical facilities, data centre or infrastructure operations.
• Experience supporting government/public-sector environments is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of critical infrastructure systems, physical security and operational compliance.
• Good troubleshooting, vendor coordination and communication skills.
• ITIL, Data Centre Operations or related certifications would be advantageous.
