BeathChapman Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an IT Operations Engineer (Capital Markets – Systems & AWS) to own hands-on responsibilities across systems, networking and day-to-day IT operations. You will work in a lean environment, solving technical issues directly and taking ownership beyond a narrow infrastructure silo.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on IT infrastructure or operations experience.
• Strong Windows Server administration; Linux basics.
• Proficient in AWS infrastructure management.
• Experience with Active Directory and Azure AD.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Intune.
• Experience in financial services or regulated environments.
• Nice to have exposure to trading/back-office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on Level 2 support across systems, networks and endpoints.
• Maintain AWS infrastructure across compute, networking, storage, access and monitoring.
• Administer Windows Server; support Linux as needed.
• Troubleshoot local network: switches, firewalls, VPNs, VLANs.
• Support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra ID and Intune.
• Monitor infrastructure health; assist with patching, backup, DR and resilience.
• Assist with security operations and coordinate with regional teams.
• As the Singapore platform evolves, support trading and back-office apps with training.
