Job summary

BeathChapman Pte Ltd in Singapore is recruiting a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer (Cloud Operations & DR) for a MAS-regulated bank. You will own the production cloud, disaster recovery planning, and hybrid connectivity, working closely with senior technology leadership.

This senior individual contributor role is hands-on and cross-functional, requiring vendor management, regulatory readiness and incident response across Singapore and China within a lean team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT infrastructure, cloud operations or infra engineering, with MAS-regulated bank experience.
• Hands-on ownership of production cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, GCP or Alibaba Cloud.
• Proven DR/BC exercises end to end, including audit evidence preparation.
• Solid understanding of cloud networking (VPCs, subnets, routing, DNS, firewalls) and hybrid connectivity.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code, deployment pipelines and security controls.

Responsibilities

• Own and operate production cloud infrastructure including deployment, configuration, monitoring, capacity planning and cost management.
• Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning, testing, remediation, and audit evidence preparation.
• Manage limited on-premise and DR environment hardware, networking, maintenance and refresh.
• Manage patching, vulnerability remediation, and security controls; validate deployments.
• Lead incident and problem management with root cause analysis and post-incident reporting.
• Maintain monitoring and alerting across the estate; coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
