Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield Singapore is seeking an Operations Executive to manage IT operations, assets, procurement, and end-user support across the market. This hands-on role includes coordinating vendors, delivering user training, and ensuring SLA-driven incident resolution.

The ideal candidate has a computing-related degree, 5+ years in a corporate IT setting, and strong communication skills to interact with executives and teams. ITIL and ServiceNow experience are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Computing or related field.
• At least 5 years' experience in a corporate IT environment.
• Knowledge of IT service management, asset management, project support, and incident management processes.
• Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, Active Directory, Intune, Azure fundamentals, and ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
• Strong communication, customer service, analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• ITIL Foundation certification and technical certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee asset inventories, audits, procurement activities, device deployment, and disposal.
• Coordinate with local vendors and service providers, manage billing and procurement.
• Provide desktop, mobile, conferencing, and AV support; troubleshoot issues.
• Manage requests and incidents through ServiceNow; maintain documentation and SLAs.
• Deliver onboarding sessions, user training, and technology adoption programs.
• Participate in testing, office moves, infrastructure refreshes, software deployments.
• Assist Territory Manager's absence with leadership support for Site Services Technicians.
