Job summary

Michael Page International is recruiting for a senior IT Infrastructure/Cloud Operations role in Singapore. The successful candidate will manage Azure-based infrastructure, Entra ID, and Windows Server environments, while ensuring security, DR readiness and high availability.

You will lead major incident responses, coordinate with service desks, vendors, and cross-functional teams, and contribute to IaC initiatives using Bicep. Strong vendor management and hands-on troubleshooting are essential.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, Windows Server, cloud networking and infrastructure operations.
• Experience leading major incidents and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support the organisation's cloud infrastructure environment, focusing on Microsoft Azure including VMs, networking, storage, identity management, and security.
• Administer Entra ID, Windows Server environments, backup solutions, DR processes, and high-availability infrastructure.
• Oversee network operations including Azure networking, firewalls, NSGs, SD-WAN, Palo Alto Prisma VPN, and Cisco infrastructure.
• Lead major incident management, acting as a key decision-maker during outages and service disruptions.
• Manage change and operational processes to keep services stable, secure, and aligned with business needs.
• Coordinate with service desk, engineers, vendors and external partners to resolve complex issues.
• Lead bridge calls and SWAT calls during incidents with clear communication to teams and stakeholders.
• Support Infrastructure-as-Code initiatives using Bicep and improve operational processes and cloud environments.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure service delivery and meet objectives.
• Provide technical leadership to 3rd line infrastructure teams while remaining hands-on.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Operations, Infrastructure, or Cloud Operations, with proven experience managing enterprise-scale environments while remaining hands-on with technical troubleshooting and support. They will possess deep expertise in Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, Windows Server, cloud networking, and infrastructure operations, alongside solid knowledge of networking technologies such as SD-WAN, Palo Alto Prisma, VPNs, and Cisco infrastructure. The successful individual will be comfortable leading major incidents, bridge calls, and outage management activities, demonstrating strong decision-making, stakeholder communication, and vendor management skills in high-pressure situations. Candidates who have experience leading or coordinating 3rd line infrastructure teams, driving operational excellence, and balancing technical responsibilities with operational leadership will be particularly well suited for this role.
