Job summary

INFINITY ENGINEERS PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations & IT Support professional to oversee multi-platform IT operations in a bank data centre. The role involves monitoring systems, leading ITIL/ISO compliant processes, and ensuring regulatory compliance while managing resources and reporting.

The candidate will coordinate with customers and teams, perform incident tracking, and contribute to business continuity planning and disaster recovery testing.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Information Technology (Business Informatics) or equivalent.
• 3+ years of operations experience in IBM MVS and Windows NT environments.
• Knowledge of business analysis techniques and stakeholder management.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall).
• Basic knowledge of SQL and Python.
• Experience with Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with UML, use case modelling, and business process documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Job description

Responsibilities

• A well-rounder for all matters relating to operations management and monitor operational status of software and hardware, including operating systems, application systems, ATM and Network equipment.
• To provide Helpdesk Support at the Banks Data Centre which runs multi-platform systems on IBM Mainframe, AS400, UNIX and Windows NT.
• Reporting and Communications – create and distribute reports and communications related to Operations Monitoring
• Responsible for looking after IT Support and IT Processes.
• Weekly review of ad-hoc projects progress with customer & team leads against scope of work
• Monthly review of onsite resource / staff management for on-going services & projects customer
• Responsible for providing strong leadership for all matters relating to operations support and ITIL/ISO processes/guidelines to achieve service excellence
• Handling Regulatory requirements and participate during inspections.
• Monitor job scheduling of various application software systems.
• Maintain Incident Logs for problems occurred.
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare network documentation, system diagrams, and technical reports.
• Support business continuity planning and disaster recovery testing.
• Manage IT asset inventory, software licensing, and network capacity planning.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Information Technology (Business Informatics) or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in in computer operations under the IBM MVS, and Windows NT environment.
• Knowledge of business analysis techniques and stakeholder management
