Job summary
Superink Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a friendly IT Network & Support Engineer to help keep clients’ technology running smoothly, with hands-on work on networks, CCTV and devices. The role offers on-site work with hybrid or remote options where operationally possible and training in practical AI tools.
You will troubleshoot, install and support Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and other business apps, travel to client sites as needed, and contribute to AI demonstrations and workshops as
Qualifications
- Around two years of experience in IT support, network support or related role.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting Windows computers, printers, office equipment, networks and common business software.
- Good written and spoken English; ability to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to client offices, workshops and project locations as needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, patient technical support to clients, end users and internal teams.
- Troubleshoot computers, software, printers, Wi‑Fi, email and connectivity issues.
- Set up computers, mobile devices, printers, user accounts and email accounts.
- Support CCTV planning, installation, configuration and maintenance.
- Explore AI tools and help prepare demonstrations and training environments.
