Job summary

RevUp Proservices Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced IT leader to head the corporate IT function in Singapore. You will guide the IT team, set strategic direction for infrastructure, applications and technology initiatives, and coordinate with external vendors to deliver services across multiple offices.

The role requires strong governance, cybersecurity knowledge and budgeting experience to drive efficiency and user satisfaction while ensuring alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in IT-related field with leadership experience.
• Experience leading IT operations across multiple locations is required.
• Strong vendor management and cybersecurity knowledge is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the IT team, providing direction, coaching and support.
• Oversee IT operations and services across multiple office locations.
• Provide strategic direction for IT infrastructure, systems, applications and technology initiatives.
• Manage and coordinate with external IT vendors, service providers and technology partners.
• Oversee IT ticketing and support processes to ensure issues are tracked, prioritised and resolved within defined timelines.
• Establish and improve IT processes, policies and service standards across all offices.
• Plan and manage IT projects, system implementations, upgrades and improvements.
• Monitor IT performance and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and user experience.
• Oversee IT security, access management and compliance requirements.
• Manage IT budgets, resources and vendor contracts.
• Act as the key point of contact between the IT team, business stakeholders and external vendors.
• Provide leadership and strategic guidance rather than being primarily involved in hands-on technical operations.

Requirements

• Strong experience managing external IT vendors and service providers


• Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and service management processes


• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems and cybersecurity


• Good stakeholder management, leadership and vendor management skills
