Job summary

RevUp Proservices Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced IT Leader to steer a multi-office IT team. You will provide strategic direction, coach staff, and oversee IT operations, infrastructure, and security.

You will manage vendor relationships, governance, projects, budgets, and service delivery, ensuring timely resolution of issues and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 5 years of relevant IT experience, with prior experience in a team leadership/management capacity.
• Experience overseeing IT operations across multiple offices or locations.
• Strong experience managing external IT vendors and service providers.
• Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and service management processes.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems and cybersecurity.
• Good stakeholder management, leadership and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the IT team, providing direction, coaching and support.
• Oversee IT operations and services across multiple office locations.
• Provide strategic direction for IT infrastructure, systems, applications and technology initiatives.
• Manage and coordinate with external IT vendors, service providers and technology partners.
• Oversee IT ticketing and support processes to ensure issues are tracked, prioritised and resolved within agreed timelines.
• Establish and improve IT processes, policies and service standards across all offices.
• Plan and manage IT projects, system implementations, upgrades and improvements.
• Monitor IT performance and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and user experience.
• Oversee IT security, access management and compliance requirements.
• Manage IT budgets, resources and vendor contracts.
• Act as the key point of contact between the IT team, business stakeholders and external vendors.
• Provide leadership and strategic guidance rather than being primarily involved in hands‑on technical operations.
