Greenwerkz Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced IT Officer to develop, implement, and manage systems for our last-mile delivery and warehouse operations.

You will integrate WMS, TMS and delivery apps, design automated workflows, ensure data security, and provide technical support across logistics teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT/CS or related discipline.
• Experience in logistics, last-mile delivery, warehousing, or supply-chain ops preferred.
• Knowledge of WMS, TMS, delivery-management systems, GPS tracking, APIs.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, cybersecurity, data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain IT systems for last-mile and warehouse ops.
• Manage and enhance WMS, TMS, delivery apps and related platforms.
• Design digital workflows for parcel collection, sorting, scanning, route planning, and delivery tracking.
• Integrate platforms with barcode scanners, GPS, APIs, portals, and third-party logistics.
• Develop real-time parcel visibility, inventory control, and delivery-status reporting.
• Automate manual processes and improve productivity.
• Maintain security, access controls, backups, and disaster recovery.
• Monitor performance and resolve issues affecting delivery or warehouse ops.
• Manage servers, networks, databases, devices, licenses, and IT infra.
• Collaborate with operations, warehouse, transport, customer service, and management.
