Job summary

The role requires at least 2 years of IT Helpdesk experience, strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and SaaS apps, plus excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 2 years minimum IT Helpdesk or technical support experience.
• Proficient with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and SaaS apps.
• Strong troubleshooting, configuration, and asset management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to employees and troubleshoot hardware, software, and devices.
• Maintain accurate incident documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware, software, and applications.
• Track and update IT equipment inventory for asset management.
• Participate in IT improvement projects and system upgrades.
• Support operational efficiency with related tasks as required.
