Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of hands-on IT infrastructure experience.
• Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, Group Policy and endpoint management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support campus network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, firewall, VPN, DNS and related services.
• Support servers, virtualization, backups, monitoring tools and Microsoft 365 services.
• Provide escalation support and service management coordination.
• Assist in information security controls and compliance activities.
• Coordinate with vendors for ICT projects and improvements and ensure documentation.
