Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an IT Infrastructure Administrator to manage governance across network security, infrastructure health, and day-to-day IT operations, ensuring reliability and efficiency.

You will validate and maintain end-to-end IT processes, monitor security, respond to incidents, and coordinate with corporate IT and vendors. The role requires hands-on AD/DNS/file services administration and on-site support, with Mandarin and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in network, security, and IT infrastructure support.
• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
• Relevant professional certifications such as ITIL, CCNA, CISSP, RHCSA, CITP, or ISO 27001 are preferred.

Job description

Manage IT governance covering network security, infrastructure health, and day-to-day IT operations to ensure reliability, security, and efficiency.

Validate, implement, and maintain end-to-end IT infrastructure processes, including office network architecture, physical and virtual security, servers, backup systems, and IT asset inventory.

Proactively monitor and report on IT operations, service deliverables, risks, issues, incidents, and SLA performance.

Liaise with Corporate IT teams and external vendors to coordinate technical support, troubleshooting, and infrastructure, network, and security solutions.

Implement security patches, upgrades, hot fixes, remediation measures, and continuous improvement initiatives to address vulnerabilities and strengthen IT security.

Perform hands-on administration of Active Directory (AD), DNS, file servers, printers, email, antivirus, and related IT services.

Provide Level 1 onsite and remote support for IT infrastructure and network-related issues.

Conduct regular internal audits and reviews to ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and procedures.

Follow established SOPs for IT administration, backup activities, system maintenance, and other operational tasks.
