Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Infrastructure & Network Security professional to maintain a secure, reliable IT environment.

The role covers daily operations, monitoring, incident management, and continuous improvement across infrastructure and security domains. You will support governance, patching, vulnerability remediation, and IT service administration, including Active Directory, DNS, email, file servers, and antivirus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT infrastructure, networking, security, or related technical support.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin.
• IT certifications such as ITIL, CCNA, CISSP, RHCSA, CITP, or ISO 27001 are an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the availability, reliability, and security of IT infrastructure and network environments.
• Support IT governance and daily operations, including infrastructure monitoring, security controls, incident management, and service performance.
• Implement and maintain network, server, backup, security, and IT asset management processes.
• Monitor infrastructure health, identify potential risks and vulnerabilities, and provide timely reports on incidents, issues, and SLA performance.
• Work closely with Corporate IT and external technology vendors on troubleshooting, technical support, infrastructure projects, and security solutions.
• Implement system patches, upgrades, hot fixes, security enhancements, and vulnerability remediation activities.
• Provide hands‑on administration and support for Active Directory, DNS, file servers, email, printers, antivirus, and other IT services.
• Deliver Level 1 onsite and remote infrastructure and network support to end users.
• Conduct IT compliance checks, internal audits, and periodic reviews of policies and procedures.
• Maintain IT documentation and perform routine administration, backup, and operational activities in accordance with established SOPs.
