Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of enterprise IT infrastructure experience.
• Experience leading technical teams and coordinating operations.
• Strong skills in LAN/WAN/WLAN, VPN, firewalls, and routing/switching.
• Proficient in Windows Server, AD, Group Policy, Exchange and Microsoft 365.
• Hands-on with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and storage solutions.
• Solid understanding of IT security, hardening and compliance.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the overall IT infrastructure environment across multiple operational sites to ensure smooth business operations.

• Oversee the performance, reliability and availability of network systems, servers, data centre facilities and end-user computing infrastructure.

• Drive infrastructure enhancement initiatives, including network modernisation, server upgrades, system migrations and technology improvements.

• Provide technical leadership in diagnosing and resolving complex infrastructure issues while minimising business disruptions.

• Establish and maintain IT security practices, including vulnerability remediation, system patching, access management and endpoint protection.

• Ensure infrastructure operations adhere to corporate security policies, regulatory requirements and ISO 27001 standards.

• Develop and maintain disaster recovery procedures, backup strategies and business continuity plans.

• Coordinate with internal departments, external service providers and technology partners to ensure effective IT service delivery.

• Monitor vendor performance, service agreements, maintenance activities and contract renewals.

• Supervise and mentor the infrastructure team, ensuring proper resource allocation, task prioritisation and operational efficiency.

• Maintain accurate technical documentation, standard operating procedures and IT service management processes.

• Work closely with regional IT teams and business stakeholders to align infrastructure improvements with organisational requirements.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in enterprise IT infrastructure administration, implementation and support.

• Demonstrated experience managing technical teams and overseeing infrastructure operations in a corporate environment.

• Strong technical expertise in enterprise networking technologies, including LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, firewalls, routing and switching.

• Proficient in Microsoft infrastructure technologies, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, Exchange and Microsoft 365.

• Practical experience supporting virtualised environments such as VMware and Hyper‑V, along with enterprise storage solutions.

• Solid understanding of IT security principles, infrastructure hardening, vulnerability management and regulatory compliance.

• Experience managing IT infrastructure projects, system upgrades, technology refreshes and migration activities.

• Familiarity with backup solutions, disaster recovery planning and business continuity management.
