Job summary

Rapsys Technologies Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to lead strategy, design, and operation of the company’s IT backbone. You will drive cloud adoption across AWS, Azure, and GCP, manage network, servers, storage, and databases, and mentor a high-performing team.

You will ensure system availability, security, and compliance while optimizing costs and vendor relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure management, including cloud, networking, servers, storage and databases.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Cloud certifications and networking certs (e.g., AWS/Azure/GCP, CCNP or higher) are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive IT infrastructure strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead the design and implementation of cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP) including migration strategies.
• Oversee architecture, implementation, and maintenance of LAN/WAN, firewalls, routers, and switches.
• Manage server environments (physical and virtual) ensuring high availability and performance.
• Implement and manage storage (SAN, NAS) to meet business needs.
• Oversee database administration for data integrity, security, and performance.
• Lead and mentor a team of IT infrastructure professionals.
• Ensure stability, security, and high availability of all infrastructure components.
• Develop and maintain documentation for all infrastructure components and processes.
• Manage IT infrastructure budgets and vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2).
