Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with VMware vSphere IT infrastructure and AWS EC2 maintenance.
• Strong English communication, and ability to troubleshoot complex infra issues.
• Knowledge of network, SAN storage, and incident/change management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor and control the various technical aspects of the project.
• Manage or participate in new setup or upgrade of system/infrastructure projects.
• Responsible for supporting operational systems satisfying contractual Service Level Agreement
• Perform and manage routine preventive maintenance and operational activities
• Provide project documentation and reports
• Diagnose and rectify technical issues
• Managing and Operating VMware vSphere IT infrastructure
