Job summary

TWG Tea Company Pte Ltd in Singapore invites an experienced Head of IT to oversee all IT infrastructure, including on-premise and cloud environments, store-front and back-office systems, and cybersecurity. The role requires a degree/diploma in computer science and 8+ years of relevant experience, including 3 years in management, plus hands-on expertise with Hyper-V,

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or a related field, with 8+ years of relevant experience including 3 years in a managerial role.
• Hands-on experience with Hyper-V virtualization, Azure/AWS Cloud, network infrastructure, server rooms and server farms, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and related tools.
• Experience managing teams in Retail or F&B environment and handling store openings/renovations; strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT infrastructure team, managing on-premise and cloud infrastructure, store-front and back-office IT, CCTV, biometrics, IT asset management, cybersecurity, etc.
• Ensure smooth daily IT operations and zero downtime for critical applications and server rooms.
• Build, lead and manage IT professionals, vendors, and outsourced resources; collaborate with other IT teams, regional colleagues, brands, and group management to hit targets.
• Manage IT budget and monitor CAPEX/OPEX spending.
• Propose IT improvements and tools to optimize processes and analytics; establish IT policies and best practices.
• Lead projects integral to management initiatives and visions; drive R&D for workflow and system improvements.
• Support subsidiaries in daily IT operations, store openings, renovations, and POS/ERP/CRM/eCommerce projects.
