Job summary

We+ Asia is seeking a seasoned IT Support professional to own a 3-in-1 role spanning network administration, systems management, and deskside support across multiple offices and customer sites.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in IT, at least 5 years of relevant experience, and fluency in Mandarin and English, with hands-on expertise in Cisco Meraki, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, Intune, and Tanium.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
• Fluency in Mandarin and English is mandatory

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Cisco Meraki networking, including wireless.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, Intune, and Tanium environments.
• Support Windows Server infrastructure, including DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and file services.
• Troubleshoot desktop, server, network, and connectivity issues.
• Support backup and recovery solutions and ensure compliance with security standards.
• Provide onsite and remote support to users across offices and customer sites.
• Work with regional HQ IT team on infrastructure projects and escalations.
