Job summary

ALTROCKS TECH PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an IT Helpdesk Specialist to provide frontline desktop and end-user support in a manufacturing environment.

You will handle Windows OS support (XP through 11), Microsoft 365, Active Directory accounts, printer support and IT asset management, while delivering courteous service and maintaining strict IT procedures. This role requires 2 years of relevant experience and a diploma or degree in IT or a related field.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant IT helpdesk, desktop support or end-user computing support experience in a corporate or 24x7 manufacturing environment.
• Work experience in Windows XP, 7-11, Microsoft O365.

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline

• Work experience in Windows XP, 7-11, Microsoft O365
• Windows endpoint support, Microsoft 365, Active Directory account administration, basic network troubleshooting, printer support, IT asset handling, endpoint security awareness and service desk ticket management.
• Customer service mindset, clear communication, urgency management, teamwork, problem solving, documentation discipline, attention to detail and compliance with IT procedures.
