Job summary

This role supports day-to-day IT governance, cyber governance, risk & compliance, audits, ISO certification, AI governance and IT budget activities across the Group.

Working with the Senior Manager IT Governance, the CTO, D&T teams and corporate functions, the role coordinates governance requirements, audits, risk management, financial activities and management reporting, while also supporting AI governance and training programs.

Qualifications

• Degree in information technology, information systems, business or related field.
• Professional qualifications in IT governance, cybersecurity, risk or audit are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and maintenance of IT governance policies, trackers and calendars.
• Coordinate cybersecurity governance activities, reviews and project security considerations.
• Coordinate internal/external IT audits and ISO/IEC 27001 / Cyber Trust Mark activities.
• Maintain IT risk registers and follow up with risk owners on treatments.
• Draft management papers and provide updates to CTO and senior management.
• Support AI governance, awareness, training and adoption initiatives.
• Assist in budgeting, procurement documentation and management reporting.
