Job summary

NTT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Finance Analyst to support the Technology Finance team. The role focuses on financial reporting, budget tracking, invoice reconciliation, technology expenditure and IT asset management.

The successful candidate will work with Finance, Technology and Project stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting, effective budget utilisation and strict financial controls while contributing to process improvements and automation within Finance operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Business, Accounting or related field.

Responsibilities

• Generate and analyse PR/GR and financial reports using SAP and other enterprise systems.
• Process invoice payments and perform timely reconciliation of technology-related expenses.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Support budget planning, forecasting and financial tracking for IT projects and technology operations.
• Track actual expenditure against budgets and forecasts and identify variances.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, dashboards and management insights.
• Work with Technology stakeholders to monitor and optimise budget utilisation.
• Support budgeting and renewal activities for software, hardware and technology contracts.
• Support financial management of technology expenditure, including CapEx and OpEx.
• Assist with IT asset lifecycle management, including inventory tracking, issuance and decommissioning of laptops and other hardware.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies and audit requirements.
• Support process improvement and automation initiatives within Finance operations.
• Provide ad-hoc financial reporting, analysis and asset management support as required.
