Job Scope

• Manage the organization's IT infrastructure.
• Provide technical support for computer systems, hardware, and software.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops and laptops.
• Coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely IT support.
• Set up and manage the firewall.
• Administer company servers, Microsoft 365, OneDrive, and SharePoint.

• Work with departments to assess and implement technology solutions.
• Report regularly on IT projects and system performance.

Requirements
