Job summary

GMP Technologies (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a data-driven professional to lead Data Analytics, Reporting & Dashboarding initiatives across clinical, operational and financial data streams. You will develop and maintain dashboards, perform forecasting and benchmarking, support procurement analytics, and ensure data integrity, governance and timely reporting to enable informed management decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a related discipline as listed.
• Professional certifications in data analytics, BI, procurement or process improvement are a plus.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in procurement, preferably healthcare or large corporate.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clinicians and stakeholders to gather, manage and analyse clinical, operational and financial data.
• Develop, maintain and enhance dashboards, scorecards and reports to monitor performance and support decisions.
• Perform data mining, trend analysis, benchmarking and forecasting to identify improvements and resource optimisation.
• Support performance monitoring, quality improvement and data submissions through accurate extraction and analysis.
• Develop automated reporting and data visualisation solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain data integrity, governance and consistency across reports, dashboards and databases.
• Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, quotations, tenders and vendor evaluations.
• Oversee contract administration, renewals and spend analysis to achieve cost-effective outcomes.

Data Analytics, Reporting & Dashboarding

• Collaborate with clinicians and operational stakeholders to gather, manage and analyse clinical, operational and financial data.
• Develop, maintain and enhance dashboards, scorecards and reports to facilitate performance monitoring and informed management decision-making.
• Perform data mining, trend analysis, benchmarking and forecasting to identify opportunities for operational improvements and optimal resource allocation.
• Support performance monitoring, research initiatives, quality improvement projects and data submissions through accurate data extraction, validation and analysis.
• Develop automated reporting and data visualisation solutions to enhance reporting efficiency, accessibility and accuracy.
• Maintain data integrity, governance and consistency across reports, dashboards and databases.

Procurement & Contract Management

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, quotation and tender exercises, vendor evaluation, contract administration, purchase requisitions and purchase orders, to achieve timely and cost-effective outcomes.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, provide procurement guidance and develop value-for-money sourcing strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
• Manage supplier relationships, monitor contract utilisation and vendor performance, and oversee contract renewals to ensure service quality and continuity of business operations.
• Conduct spend analysis, market benchmarking and demand forecasting to identify cost-saving opportunities, process efficiencies and areas for resource optimisation.
• Lead procurement improvement initiatives through data analytics, process optimisation and automation, while preparing procurement reports and insights to support management decisions.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies, governance standards and financial procedures, while maintaining comprehensive documentation, audit readiness and effective risk management controls.
• Undertake other ad-hoc responsibilities and assignments as directed by the Reporting Officer or Head of Department.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or a related discipline.
• Professional certifications in data analytics, business intelligence, procurement or process improvement will be considered an advantage.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in procurement, preferably within the healthcare, public sector or large corporate environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI, or comparable data visualisation and business intelligence tools.
• Experience with Python and SQL for data analysis, reporting automation and process improvement will be highly advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful and actionable insights.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
