Full Stack Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Operations & Support professional in Singapore to ensure reliable IT services and user support across desks, endpoints, and cloud tools. The role covers system administration, user management, vendor coordination, and project support.
You will handle tickets, perform QA for new features, and contribute to documentation and process improvements in a dynamic environment.
Ensure servers, systems, and endpoints are running smoothly, including monitoring performance, disk space, and security
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and Windows operating systems
Maintain IT devices inventory
Provide technical support via phone, remote access, or onsite troubleshooting
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently
Manage and support cloud-based tools such as Microsoft 365, Teams, and Team Viewer
Set up and manage user accounts, access rights, and profiles
Handle password resets and access-related issues
Support rollout and adoption of new applications and systems
Perform testing and QA for new features and applications
Respond to support requests within agreed SLAs
Manage multiple support tickets and prioritize effectively
Follow through on issues until resolution or escalation to relevant vendors
Maintain clear documentation of issues, solutions, and system configurations
Liaise with external IT vendors to track deliverables and ensure timely execution
Assist in monitoring IT project progress and implementation quality
Support deployment of financial and enterprise systems
Perform routine maintenance and system updates
Assist in IT documentation and process improvements
Support overall IT administrative and operational duties
Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
Hands-on experience with:
Microsoft Active Directory
Google Workspace
Windows Server environments
Microsoft Exchange (basic administration)
One Drive
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Good communication skills for both technical and non-technical users
Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant IT support experience
Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
Basic development or scripting knowledge (e.g., C#, .NET)
Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server
Understanding of networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi‑Fi)
Experience supporting cloud and hybrid environments
Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-900, AZ-900, or similar)
