Job summary

KINGSMEN CREATIVES LTD. in Singapore seeks an IT Infrastructure Administrator to manage Windows Server, AD and Microsoft 365 environments, supporting servers, Hyper‑V, networking, Wi‑Fi and firewall infrastructure to ensure system availability.

You will monitor performance, patching and infrastructure health, manage endpoint security and backups, respond to cybersecurity alerts and provide Level 2/3 support for escalated issues.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT, CS, cybersecurity or related.
• Around 1–3 years of hands-on IT experience.
• Good knowledge of Windows Server and AD.
• Understanding of networking concepts, firewall and Wi‑Fi environments.
• Experience with endpoint security, patch management and backup solutions.
• Good troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Able to troubleshoot infrastructure and end‑user issues independently.
• Responsible, proactive and able to follow issues through to closure.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals and best practices.

This role involves managing and maintaining Windows Server, Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments, supporting critical infrastructure including servers, Hyper‑V, networking, Wi‑Fi and firewall systems. You will monitor system availability, performance and infrastructure health, manage endpoint security and patch management, respond to cybersecurity alerts and security incidents, and provide Level 2/3 support for escalated technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Windows Server, AD and M365 environments
• Support servers, Hyper‑V, network, Wi‑Fi, and firewall infrastructure
• Monitor system availability, performance, patching and infrastructure health
• Manage endpoint security, patch management, encryption and device security controls
• Monitor and respond to cybersecurity alerts, suspicious activities and security incidents
• Support vulnerability assessment and remediation activities
• Monitor backup operations and perform recovery/restore testing when required
• Provide Level 2/3 support for escalated user, system and connectivity issues
• Support user access, onboarding/offboarding and Microsoft 365 administration
• Work with vendors and internal stakeholders on infrastructure and IT projects
• Respond to and resolve first‑ and second‑level support requests from PC and Mac users, either remotely or in person.
