Job summary

Fu Yu Corp is seeking a proactive IT Support Specialist to maintain Microsoft 365 services, IT infrastructure, and end-user computing systems in our Singapore office. You will monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure reliable IT operations to support business needs.

You will assist with system upgrades, coordinate with vendors, manage assets, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT/CS/CE/IS or related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows OS, networking, and IT infra preferred.

Job Responsibilities

Provide support and maintenance for Microsoft 365 services, IT infrastructure, servers, networks, cloud services, and end-user computing systems.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, email, and connectivity issues, maintain IT assets and documentation, coordinate with vendors, and support office IT facilities such as access control systems, CCTV, and meeting room equipment.

Participate in system upgrades, technology projects, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure reliable IT operations and support business needs.

Job Requirements

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, Windows operating systems, computer hardware, networking concepts, and IT infrastructure is preferred.

Good problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to working dependently and as part of a team.
