Job summary

EssilorLuxottica Singapore is seeking a Retail Associate to support the store team in delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will participate in opening/closing, merchandising, and assisting customers to select sunglasses and frames while aiming to meet sales goals.

The role emphasizes professionalism, strong communication, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships across the network, with opportunities for training and career growth within a global eyewear leader.

Your role

The Retail Associate determines the success of our retail store customer experience. You will get to perform almost all store functions, including opening and closing, merchandising, and of course selling. Meeting your individual sales goal and ensuring that customer's needs are met are always our top priority.
