Job summary

BHAVYAM INFOTECH SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced QA professional to thoroughly test high-end financial technology solutions, ensuring they meet business and technical expectations.

The role requires a degree in CS/IT/Engineering with ISTQB certification and at least 10 years of relevant testing experience, including hands-on API, AI-based testing, and UAT. You will coordinate with developers, business users and project managers to deliver quality results on time.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering (or equivalent). ISTQB certification required.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in testing critical applications.
• Experience in testing financial technology solutions and ensuring business and technical expectations are met.
• Strong experience in supporting critical application workloads on AWS Cloud.
• Must have experience in credit cards, Transaction banking and payment domain.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end functional testing, regression testing, and non-functional testing.
• Communicating test data requirements and coordinating environment readiness for testing.
• Performing manual testing and initial bug triage.
• Hands-on experience in AI-based testing, API testing and UAT testing.
• Executing automated test suites and analyzing test results to identify defects and areas for improvement.
• Supporting all testing phases, including SIT, UAT, and IDT, and participating in Defect Triage to drive resolution.
• Collaborating with technical and functional teams to translate requirements into test scenarios and test cases.
• Coordination with developers, business users, test and project managers to ensure comprehensive test coverage and timely defect turnaround.
• Maintaining clear documentation, tracking test progress, and providing regular updates on testing status and quality metrics.
• Collaborating with Technical Lead to understand requirements and perform testing.
