SCIENTE is seeking an experienced Software Quality Analyst in Singapore to thoroughly test technology solutions and ensure they meet business and technical expectations. You will translate requirements into test scenarios and support SIT, UAT, and IDT phases, collaborating with technical and functional teams.

You will be responsible for manual testing, bug triage, and defect resolution, while maintaining rigorous testing documentation and evidence to support timely project delivery.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in testing critical applications.
• Strong experience in end-to-end functional testing.
• Hands-on experience in regression testing.
• Experience with non-functional testing.
• Experience in manual testing and initial bug triage.
• Strong experience supporting critical application workloads on AWS Cloud.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Perform end-to-end functional testing, regression testing, and non-functional testing.
• Collaborate with Technical Leads and teams to understand requirements and perform testing.
• Translate business and technical requirements into well-defined test scenarios and test cases.
• Support SIT, UAT, and IDT testing phases.
• Communicate test data requirements and coordinate environment readiness for testing.
• Perform manual testing and initial bug triage.
• Participate in Defect Triage calls and work with developers and stakeholders to drive issue resolution.
• Coordinate with developers, business users, test managers, and project managers to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Track testing progress, defects, quality metrics, and provide regular testing status updates.
• Maintain clear and accurate testing documentation.
• Prepare test evidence and test reports.
• Ensure timely defect turnaround and adherence to project timelines.

Mandatory Skill-set

Desired Skill-set

• CTFL (Testers Certification) or any related testing certification is preferred;
• Automation testing experience using SmartBear or related tools is a plus;
• Experience working with critical applications and complex testing environments.
