Job summary

Temus is seeking a highly motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team and play a key role in supporting our cloud environments and user devices. This position combines technical expertise in cloud administration and system administration with excellent communication and documentation skills.

You will oversee daily IT infrastructure, mentor the IT support team, administer GCP, manage firewalls, networking, asset lifecycle, budgeting, vendor relations, and ITSM processes to ensure security

Qualifications

• ITIL Foundation certification is desirable.
• Experience leading IT support or infrastructure teams.
• Hands-on with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience with enterprise firewalls (Palo Alto or similar).
• Strong networking knowledge: TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, DNS, DHCP.
• Asset inventories, licensing, procurement, and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day IT infrastructure, operations, and support activities.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise IT support/infrastructure team.
• Administer and optimize Google Cloud Platform (GCP) resources.
• Configure and maintain Palo Alto Networks firewalls for security.
• Manage enterprise networking components: TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP.
• Maintain hardware/software inventories and licensing; support procurement.
• Support IT budgeting, vendor management and procurement processes.
• Own ITSM processes: incident, service requests, change, problem management.
• Serve as escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Document IT processes and configurations for knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with departments to deliver effective solutions.
