Job summary

Temasek Polytechnic is seeking a Senior Manager (Cloud & Infrastructure) to lead IT & Services operations in Singapore. You will manage GCC Azure/AWS, networking, collaboration tools, and end-user computing environments while driving upgrades and improvements.

You will be responsible for risk assessments, audits, vendor governance, and project leadership. A strong background in Azure/AWS, ITIL4 and PMP is preferred; 10+ years in IT is required, with 3+ years in people management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years IT experience.
• At least 5 years in end-user management.
• 3 years in team leadership/management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of IT infrastructure components (Azure, AWS, networks, collaboration tools).
• Drive technology management: Azure, GCC, Google Workspace; monitor new tech and opportunities.
• Coordinate application management with security teams for upgrades and improvements.
• Manage risks, audits, contracts and vendor relationships for infra solutions.
• Lead projects and guide teams to enhance TP digital productivity workspace.
