• Collaborate with business users to assess processes, determine requirements, and deliver actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Ensure all changes comply with risk and compliance standards to maintain organizational integrity.
• Organize and lead meetings or workshops with users to gather and clarify business requirements and support the creation of business workflows for documentation.
• Prepare, document, and obtain sign-off on business requirements through walkthroughs and reviews with users.
• Evaluate feasibility, benefits, and risks of new IT solutions, recommending process improvements aligned with business needs and compliance standards.
• Define test scope, develop test plans, participate in user acceptance testing, and document test results accurately.
• Develop user guides and conduct training sessions for operational users on new system deployments to ensure smooth adoption.
