Luxoft Information Technology (Singapore) PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our enterprise analytics team in Singapore.

You will analyze requirements, model data, and design solutions for complex applications while collaborating with cross-location teams in an Agile setup. You will lead data-driven analysis, write clear specifications, and ensure quality through testing and stakeholder reviews.

Job description

• ? Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent/higher with minimum 7 years of experience in enterprise application analysis and design.
• ? Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills
• ? Experience in working with a cross-location team and Agile delivery model
• ? Well versed in reading and understanding Data Models and transforming the Data into needed target structure.
• ? Must have working knowledge and expertise of SQL and ability to create and execute SQL queries for data analysis.
• ? Interested in learning new technologies and practices, reuse strategic platforms and standards, evaluate options, and make decisions with long-term sustainability in mind.
• ? Hands-on experience with Gitlab and SharePoint.
• ? Inquisitive, able to challenge effectively and manage conflicting stakeholder needs.
• ? Strong communicator, from making presentations to technical and functional writing.
• ? Demonstrated ability to use AI/Copilot responsibly in day-to-day BA work while maintaining human accountability, confidentiality, and quality controls.
