Job summary

BeathChapman Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Audit Manager for a listed regional group in Singapore. You will own the IT audit agenda end-to-end, shaping the strategy, scope and reporting across Asia, with emphasis on governance, controls and risk management.

You will lead IT and information systems audits, coach auditors, and collaborate with Chinese-speaking business units. Fluency in English and Chinese is preferred; COSO/COBIT knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years IT audit experience.
• Solid knowledge of COSO, COBIT and CAATs; familiarity with SAP and Oracle.
• Degree in Information Technology or related field; CISA/CRISC/CISM a plus.
• Exposure to China operations; English and Chinese proficiency required.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with ownership.

Responsibilities

• Shape IT audit strategy, objectives, scope and risk-based plans.
• Lead IT and information systems audits from planning through reporting.
• Coach internal auditors in IT audit execution.
• Support wider internal audit work as needed.
