You will shape the annual IT audit plan, spot control gaps, and deliver high‑value recommendations to strengthen the control environment.

You will mentor auditors, manage stakeholder relationships, and travel up to 10% regionally as needed. A degree in CS or related field with security/regulatory certifications is required.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in IT audit management across infrastructure, applications and cybersecurity.
• Bachelor-level degree in Computer Science or related field with professional security/regulatory certifications.
• Deep understanding of regional technology risk frameworks and governance.
• Strong report writing, presentation, and mentoring capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT, infrastructure, application, and cybersecurity audits across the group.
• Contribute to annual IT audit plan considering emerging tech and regulatory expectations.
• Identify control gaps and deliver actionable recommendations to strengthen controls.
• Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders regionally, maintaining relationships.
• Guide and motivate a high-performing audit team while ensuring audit quality and remediation tracking.
