Job summary

Bitdeer Group in Singapore is seeking a Senior IT Audit Manager to lead end-to-end IT audit engagements and support US SOX Testing/ISO27001/SOC 1, 2 activities. You will evaluate IT controls and regulatory compliance to mitigate operational risk.

You will assess IT risk across infrastructure, cloud, data governance and cybersecurity, partner with IT on changes, and drive governance improvements to scale digital operations for a fast-growing asset technology company.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4–6 years of IT audit, cybersecurity, or GRC experience in internal/external audit or listed-company environments.
• Strong experience with IT General Controls (ITGC) and IT Application Controls (ITAC) audits.
• Professional certifications such as CIA, CISA, or CISSP are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct IT risk assessments across IT infrastructure, cloud, data governance, cybersecurity and application systems.
• Maintain strong understanding of IT Application Controls (ITACs) and their impact on business processes and automation.
• Partner with IT on system-related changes and clarify ownership between system infrastructure and process/control design.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the control environment to enable scalable, digitally supported operations.
• Identify and manage risks from process changes, system integrations and automation initiatives; support governance forums with insights.
