Ethos BeathChapman is seeking an IT Audit Manager for a listed regional group to own the IT audit agenda end to end in Singapore. You will shape the IT audit strategy, set objectives and risk-based plans, and lead IT and information systems audits from planning through reporting.

You will apply COBIT to assess governance, controls and accountability, manage audit projects, coach internal auditors, and support wider internal audit work across Asia.

Qualificações

• At least 8 years of IT audit experience.
• Big Four or international accounting firm experience is an advantage.
• Familiarity with COSO, COBIT, and CAATs; SAP/Oracle environments advantageous.
• English and Chinese language proficiency to prepare IT audit reports and communicate with business units.

Our client, a listed regional group with diversified operations across Asia, is looking for an IT Audit Manager to join its Group Internal Audit function. This is for someone who wants to own the IT audit agenda end to end, from setting the plan to delivering the final report.

The role

Reporting to the Head of Internal Audit, you will shape the IT audit strategy, including objectives, scope and risk-based plans that reflect the group’s business priorities. You will lead IT and information systems audits from planning through fieldwork to reporting, using COBIT to assess IT governance, controls and accountability across the organisation. You will also manage audit projects, coach internal auditors in IT audit execution, and support wider internal audit work as needed.

What you bring

• At least 8 years of IT audit experience. Experience with a Big Four or international accounting firm is an advantage.
• Solid working knowledge of COSO, COBIT and CAATs, plus familiarity with SAP and/or Oracle environments
• A degree in Information Technology or a related field is required. CISA, CRISC or CISM certification is an advantage.
• Experience working with China operations is an advantage. Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese is required to prepare IT audit reports, document audit findings, review relevant documentation, present recommendations, and communicate effectively with English-speaking and Chinese-speaking business units and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with a high level of ownership
