Job summary

BeathChapman Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Audit Manager for a listed regional group in Singapore. You will own the IT audit agenda end-to-end, shaping the strategy, scope and reporting across Asia, with emphasis on governance, controls and risk management.

You will lead IT and information systems audits, coach auditors, and collaborate with Chinese-speaking business units. Fluency in English and Chinese is preferred; COSO/COBIT knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years IT audit experience.
• Solid knowledge of COSO, COBIT and CAATs; familiarity with SAP and Oracle.
• Degree in Information Technology or related field; CISA/CRISC/CISM a plus.
• Exposure to China operations; English and Chinese proficiency required.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with ownership.

IT Audit Manager | Regional Listed Group | Singapore

Our client, a listed regional group with diversified operations across Asia, is looking for an IT Audit Manager to join its Group Internal Audit function. This is for someone who wants to own the IT audit agenda end to end, from setting the plan to delivering the final report.

The role

Reporting to the Head of Internal Audit, you will shape the IT audit strategy, including objectives, scope and risk-based plans that reflect the group's business priorities. You will lead IT and information systems audits from planning through fieldwork to reporting, using COBIT to assess IT governance, controls and accountability across the organisation. You will also manage audit projects, coach internal auditors in IT audit execution, and support wider internal audit work as needed.

What you bring

• At least 8 years of IT audit experience, ideally including time at a Big Four or international accounting firm
• Solid working knowledge of COSO, COBIT and CAATs, plus familiarity with SAP and/or Oracle environments
• A degree in Information Technology or a related field. CISA, CRISC or CISM is a plus.
• Exposure to China operations is an advantage. Proficiency in English and Chinese is required to work with the group's Chinese-speaking business units and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with a high level of ownership
