Job summary

DIMENSIONS INTERNATIONAL COLLEGE PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Assistant to provide Level 1 support for teachers and staff at the Kovan Campus. The role involves assisting with teacher IT training, classroom IT issues, and maintaining equipment.

You will manage IT inventory, help create and terminate user accounts, and assist with PC setup and vendor coordination. Travel to other campuses may be required; all duties align with EduTrust policies.

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years experience in relevant field.

• Manage inventory of IT equipment and supplies.
• Assist with user creation and termination.

• Contact vendors for IT support and services.
• Travel to other campuses as needed for IT support.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Execute the work plans of the department and comply with EduTrust policies.

Hiring: IT Assistant

Salary range: $2300 to $2600 per month (commensurate with experience)

Location: Kovan Campus

Working hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, Sat 9am-1pm (alternate Sat)

Job Scope:

1. Provide Level 1 support to teachers and staff
2. Assist with teacher training on IT-related topics
3. Provide classroom support for IT-related issues
4. Maintain and support classroom equipment
5. Manage inventory of IT equipment and supplies
6. Assist with user creation and termination
7. Assist with PC setup and configuration
8. Contact vendors as and when needed for IT support and services
9. Travel to other campuses as needed for IT support
10. Other duties as assigned
11. Execute the work plans of the department to realize the organization’s objectives;
12. To comply with EduTrust policies, procedures and documentations.

Requirements:

1. At least 1-2 years experience in relevant field
