Job summary

Fonda Global Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Asset Coordinator to maintain laptop, desktop, and IT asset records, including hardware and software details. You will assist in setting up new staff devices, monitor asset movement, and generate simple inventory reports.

Responsibilities include coordinating with vendors for repairs or replacements, performing regular asset checks, and providing basic IT support for office devices.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of IT asset management/administration experience.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• 5.5 working days per week.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update laptop, desktop, and IT asset records in the system.
• Record hardware details such as model, serial number, specification, user, and location.
• Record installed software details and update software information when changes are made.
• Assist in laptop setup for new staff, including user account, software installation, and basic configuration.
• Monitor IT asset movement, transfer, return, and disposal records.
• Perform periodic checking of IT assets to ensure records are accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment repair, servicing, or replacement when required.
• Provide basic IT support for laptops, printers, and office devices.
• Prepare simple IT asset and inventory reports when requested.
