You will support end-users, translate requirements into technical specs, and drive minor feature deployments.

You will collaborate with IT, production, and engineering teams, contribute to change management, and help optimize workflows in a fast-paced factory environment.

Qualificações

• 3+ years hands-on experience in application system development and/or support.
• Diagnose complex technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
• Translate business or operational requirements into clear technical specs or user stories.
• Familiar with SDLC, version control, and basic testing practices.
• Solid experience with Java development; familiarity with common frameworks.
• Familiar with Android development tools for internal mobile/handheld apps.
• Experience with relational databases (Oracle/SQL Server), including queries and tuning.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain technical documentation and system diagrams.
• Participate in change management: impact assessment, rollback planning, release coordination.
• Support system performance tuning, monitoring, and capacity planning.
• Document incidents, lessons learned, and preventive measures.
• Identify opportunities to optimize workflows and automate processes in manufacturing.

• Maintain, monitor, and support internal IT applications to ensure stable, secure, and reliable operations.
• Provide L1/L2 user support: troubleshoot application/system issues, identify root causes, and implement timely fixes or workarounds.
• Analyse, collect, and prioritize user and business requirements for system enhancements or new features.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy application changes (e.g., bug fixes, enhancements, minor modules) following internal standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (IT infrastructure, production, engineering, planning, etc.) to ensure solutions are aligned with operational needs.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, interface specifications, configuration guides, maintenance procedures, and user manuals.
• Participate in change management activities: impact assessment, risk identification, rollback planning, and release coordination.
• Support system performance tuning, monitoring, and capacity planning to ensure applications meet SLAs.
• Contribute to incident and problem management by documenting issues, lessons learned, and preventive measures.
• Continuously identify opportunities to optimize workflows and automate manual processes within the factory environment.

Requirement

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in application system development and/or support.
• Proven ability to diagnose complex technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective fixes.
• Experience translating business or operational requirements into clear and structured technical specifications or user stories.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC), version control, and basic testing practices (unit/integration testing).
• Solid experience with Java development; familiarity with common frameworks is a plus.
• Familiar with Android development tools and environment (for internal mobile or handheld applications).
• Experience working with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, or similar), including writing queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
