The role demands deep knowledge of ISO Tank logistics, strong stakeholder management across countries, and a hands-on approach to continuous improvement. You will collaborate with Operations, Procurement, and Finance to deliver reliable service and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience within ISO Tank, chemical logistics, tank container, freight forwarding, or supply chain network management.
• Strong understanding of regional logistics operations, trade lanes, and transport network optimisation.
• Ability to balance commercial objectives with operational execution.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working across multiple countries and functions.
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to improve performance and competitiveness of the ISO Tank network.
• Identify and implement new trade lanes, transportation solutions, and initiatives to support business expansion.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance service quality and cost efficiency.
• Lead, coach, and develop the network team to achieve business objectives and build future leadership capabilities.
• Design practical and cost-effective ISO Tank solutions that meet customers' operational requirements.
• Partner closely with Operations, Procurement, Customer Service, Finance, and Commercial teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
