Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking an ISG Compliance, Vice President in Singapore to help manage regulatory risk and ensure business units comply with laws.

You will engage with ISG desks, advise on policies, support training, and coordinate regulatory audits across the organization.

A senior professional with at least 10 years in financial services and deep knowledge of MAS SFA and SGX regulations is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Legal, Accounting, Business or Finance.
• Min. 10 years working experience in the financial services sector.
• Knowledge of MAS SFA and SGX regulations.
• Ability to assess data and apply regulatory judgment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Time management and self-driven.

Responsibilities

• Engage with ISG desks, providing regulatory advice and compliance support.
• Participate in strategic projects and New Product Approval processes.
• Assist in policy creation and updates in response to rule changes.
• Support training on compliance topics to strengthen the control environment.
• Coordinate regulatory audits and client inquiries.
• Assist with regulatory authorities and follow up on findings.
• Provide cross-border regulatory guidance for Singapore ISG units.
