Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, organizing, leading and controlling of the Information System department.
• Assist in the development and maintain of Information Technology (IT) based systems, activities and resources to meet the needs of company business operation.
• Liaison with user and other support departments, identify and evaluate appropriate IT Tools and techniques.
• Assist to prepare IS Section Monthly Report and section term budget.
• Assist to establish and enforce policies and procedures for corporate data management.
• Initiate and drive continual improvement activity in IS department and promote IT Application for work process improvement in HEA.
• Ensure compliance to Environmental Policy, reduction of waste generation and prevention of pollution.
• Any other duties as assigned by IS Manager.
