Job summary

Winning Resources Trading (S) Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of Winning International Group, is seeking an operations-focused professional to support day-to-day iron ore trading activities in Singapore. You will help ensure contract execution, accurate documentation, and seamless coordination across teams.

Responsibilities include processing contracts, orders, and payments, organizing data, and assisting with meetings and archiving. A Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in International Trade, Logistics, Finance, or related fields.
• 2–3 years of iron ore contract execution and documentation experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to read English and Chinese documents.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of service and team spirit.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on routine processes such as contracts, orders, payments, and documentation, ensuring accuracy of information.
• Organize and maintain various business data and records to support report preparation and system entry.
• Coordinate and communicate with internal and external departments to facilitate contract execution.
• Assist with meeting arrangements, guest reception, document compilation, and file archiving.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management.
