Job summary

Infosys Limited Consulting seeks a senior transformation leader to cultivate long-term relationships with C-suite and other senior executives in the Financial Services sector, guiding technology transformation programs across multiple geographies.

You will lead a team of consultants, business analysts and delivery managers, coordinating with business units, operations and technology partners to ensure end-to-end system and process delivery.

Qualifications

• 15–17 years of experience in technology transformation, cloud strategy, operations, or consulting delivering transformation projects.
• Deep understanding of Asia-Pacific cross-border payment schemes.
• Proven consulting experience in business, IT, digital, or acquisitions across multiple countries.
• Experience in technology transformation, data and application migrations.
• Ability to engage clients on important and challenging business issues.
• Ability to build relationships at the senior management level.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; strong English communication.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities of this position include:

• Cultivate and build long term relationships with senior executive clients (i.e., C-suite, Business heads, VPs) of companies in the Financial Services Sector ( technology transformation)
• Perform as a subject matter expert for transformation programs and advice, shape and provide solutions to business challenges presented by the client.
• Lead a team of consultants, business analysts and delivery managers for the end-to-end program for multiple geographies
• Collaborate with Business units, Operation Units, Technology partners in ensuring end-to-end system and process delivery

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Minimum 15 to 17 years of experience of working in either technology transformation or cloud strategy or operations team or in a consulting firm with credentials of having delivered transformation projects
• Deep understanding of the Asia-Pacific and cross-border payment schemes.
• Proven experience in consulting services in business, IT, digital or acquisition across multiple countries
• Experience in technology transformation, data and application migrations
• Ability to engage the clients on their important and challenging business issues
• Ability to build strong relationships at the senior management level
• Strong critical thinking skills, analytical abilities, and the capacity for creative thinking to solve relevant client problems and issues
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills in English - verbal and written
