Job summary

Legal & General is seeking an Associate Proposal Specialist to join its Marketing team in Singapore, supporting RFP and DDQ responses and related client inquiries. You will coordinate content, collaborate with Investment Management, Distribution, Legal & Compliance, and track proposals to drive improved outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience or strong interest in investment management or financial services.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Excellent attention to detail and a highly organised approach to work.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the coordination, development and delivery of high-quality RFP and DDQ responses using approved content.
• Collaborating with stakeholders across Investment Management, Distribution, Legal & Compliance and other teams to gather and refine content.
• Managing timelines for proposal delivery, highlighting risks and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Maintaining and updating proposal content within internal systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Reviewing and editing documentation to ensure clarity, quality and alignment with brand standards.
• Tracking proposal activity and outcomes to support continuous improvement.
• Building knowledge of investment products, market trends and macroeconomic developments.
• Contributing to a collaborative, inclusive team culture while delivering strong client outcomes.
