is seeking an experienced RFP/marketing specialist to lead and contribute to the preparation of RFPs, RFIs, DDQs and database questionnaires for institutional investors, consultants, distributors and intermediaries. You will collaborate with Portfolio Managers, Product Specialists and Data teams to develop pitchbooks and marketing materials, tailor content for different audiences, ensure regulatory compliance and branding consistency, and identify opportunities

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Able to start immediately or within short notice.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to the preparation of RFPs, RFIs, DDQs and database questionnaires for institutional investors, consultants, distributors and intermediaries.
• Draft and refine responses to effectively communicate investment capabilities, products and value proposition, with a focus on fixed income.
• Maintain and update Qvidian and other databases to ensure accurate, current information is readily available to Sales and Marketing teams.
• Partner with Portfolio Managers, Product Specialists and Data teams to develop and update standard and customised pitchbooks and marketing materials.
• Tailor content and messaging for different audiences while ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance and consistency in branding and formatting.
• Support firm-level questionnaires by gathering and synthesising information across investment and non-investment functions.
• Identify opportunities to enhance RFP processes, content management and workflow efficiency through process improvements and AI-enabled solutions.
• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to standardise RFP processes and implement best practices.
• Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned
