Job summary

WILSONHCG SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive proposals professional to support business development and client servicing within a global investment management context.

You will coordinate RFPs and DDQs, collaborate with Investments, Distribution, Legal and Compliance, manage timelines and maintain content databases to ensure accurate, timely responses and adherence to brand standards. This role offers exposure across asset classes and opportunities to contribute to client engagement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Up to 10 years of experience in proposals, marketing, client services, investment management, financial services, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, develop and deliver high-quality responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), and other client enquiries.
• Partner with stakeholders across Investments, Distribution, Legal, Compliance and other business functions to source and refine content.
• Manage proposal timelines, ensuring submissions are completed accurately and within deadlines.
• Maintain and update proposal databases and content repositories to ensure information remains current and consistent.
• Review and edit proposal materials to ensure clarity, accuracy and adherence to brand standards.
• Monitor proposal activity and support reporting and continuous process improvements.
• Develop a strong understanding of investment products, financial markets and industry developments.
